During my time at Salesforce, I worked with the executive team to develop the brand voice and tone. I then created the corporate style guide; created a proofreading department (when there was no budget for it); gave a 15-minute talk at every new-hire orientation about Salesforce voice and tone; wrote and managed customer success stories; supervised content and development of; helped build out Salesforce LIVE — featuring industry, product, thought leadership, and other compelling content; and helped develop a comprehensive regional general awareness brand campaign.
