During my time at Salesforce, I worked with the executive team to develop the brand voice and tone. I then created the corporate style guide, created a proofreading department (when there was no budget for it), gave a 15-minute talk at every new-hire orientation about Salesforce voice and tone, wrote and managed customer success stories, and helped build out Salesforce LIVE — featuring industry, product, thought leadership, and other compelling content.
